Art Workshops - Creative and inspiring holidays

Did you always want to do something creative, but can't fit it into your life at home?

You will be working in small groups of like-minded people and while competent instructors will share their knowledge, the art workshops provide for accommodation, transfers and domestic flights, so you can fully focus on your creativity. Our workshops are for beginners and accomplished artists, everyone will take off and get cracking!

Sketchbook Therapy is a inspiring workshop to acquir a fresh approach to sketching
directly from nature.

This workshop is not about producing artwork, but about discovering differen ways to experience by sketching. We are o the go, exploring the natural environment
of Atiu, a stunning South Pacific Island.

For beginners, Sketchbook Therapy is  dynamic way to get started with drawing. For experienced artists it is a refreshing challenge of working outside, inspired by unusual
subjects.

The two-day hands-on workshop at the secluded Atiu Fibre Arts Studio is tailored for a maximum of 4 participants, quilters and other textile enthusiasts, beginners and experienced textile artists alike, who appreciate a creative holiday in combination with visually stimulating outdoors exploration.

The course is framed by two guided tours unique to Atiu. In addition, participants can choose from a number of attractive additional activities, such as photo, historical or nature tours, to experience the island and its people. Your host and tutor Andrea Eimke is a renowned expert in this unique Cook Islands textile art form.
